Refund policy
Our goal is 100% order satisfaction. Because all orders are manufactured on demand, we have limitations to our return policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order unless items are received damaged, defective or if there is a printing error. Damages, defects and errors must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, the entire order must be in hand with no pieces missing. We may request photos of damages, defects or errors in order to process a refund or reprint of your order.
To report any issues with your order, please contact us at info@aaalifelogogear.com. We will guide you through the required process and ensure the issue is resolved. Items / orders sent back to us without contacting us will not be accepted.
